The Ignite Intensive is a customized day dedicated to meeting you exactly where you are to create impactful shifts on your journey toward transformative growth. We move at warp speed, but you’ll feel deeply seen and held in a private container perfect for those looking for immediate and meaningful transformation.
It’s all about you, in all the best ways.
We begin with a 60-minute session to build the foundation for a day that will best serve you. And on the big day, we complete 6 hours of session time together, in 4 blocks that are interspersed with reflection time, rest, and a bit of luxury {because self-care!}.
You’ll also have two weeks of Voxer time (voice + texting app M-F, 8-6pm) with me afterward, to help you process and embody your shifts with meaningful, aligned action.
If you’re a jump-right-in, stop-messing-around, cold-turkey type, the Ignite Intensive is for you.
