Are you strong? Or powerful?

POWER IS DIFFERENT THAN STRENGTH.

Strength is finite and asks you to push and pursue in an outward direction. Power is infinite; it asks you to turn inward to attune to your truest, highest self.

It's the balance between the two that matters. And most of us have learned to lean far more on our strength than our power- which creates exhaustion on a deep soul level.

What we we're built for and really crave is a powerful life, while what we're invested in is our strength.

So let's explore power.

TRUTH GENERATES POWER. A LOT OF IT.

If we're unconsciously afraid of being who we need to be in order to wield the immense power our truth creates, we'll unconsciously avoid owning and being that truth.

  • You might speak in the gray areas.

  • You might make assumptions rather than request clarity.

  • You might allow others to infer untrue assumptions from the partial truths you speak.

  • You might respond honestly when asked, but not volunteer and lead with transparency.

This is self-sabotage of your higher self.

It's not about being right/wrong or good/bad. It's about the mismanagement of truth {your literal superpower}.

Anything less than complete integrity with your highest self victimizes you first, and others second.

Here's the thing. Not everyone in your life would actually be grateful if you became truly empowered through living out your truth. Learning to be powerful is a solo journey.

IF YOU SPOKE AND ACTED IN RADICAL TRUTH, STOPPED SELF-SABOTAGING AND LIVING IN THE GRAY AREAS, WHAT WOULD CHANGE?

You would. All the things you've invested in would. Relationships and situations that you've set up to get a certain result from would change. Your wounded self fears that.

So your empowered self moves one way and your wounded self moves another. This inner conflict binds up your energy and keeps you stuck in old patterns and ways of being. Even as you pursue change and growth.

Without that inner conflict, you'd free up the energetic resources to move differently in your life. Which is precisely what your wounded self is afraid of and protects against.

What if you embraced your power instead of relying on your strength?

What if you committed to radical truth, with yourself and with others? What would you expose and who would you need to become in order to live out that truth?

WHEN YOU STOP ALIGNING TO ANYTHING BUT COMPLETE INTEGRITY AND TRANSPARENCY, IT’S YOU WHO CHANGES.

Yes, in external ways. But most importantly, in foundational energetic and spiritual ways.

And that changes who and what you attract into your life.

So if you want different, focus less on looking outside yourself for change. Start with being different. Radically different. Know your truth and live it out, in ways big and small. Because that generates power that will change you and what shows up for you in ways you can't even envision right now.

Your powerful self is already present. You just need to align to it.
